1. Plan your meals
Even 5 minutes of planning makes a difference. I use Sundays to prep veggies, cook proteins, and freeze portions.

2. Move for 15 minutes
You don’t need a gym. Walk, stretch, or dance in your kitchen. It all counts!

3. Hydrate

Water boosts energy and reduces cravings. I keep a bottle at my desk.

4. Say no without guilt
Sometimes wellness means rest and setting boundaries.

5. Celebrate small wins


Did you drink more water today? That’s a win. Slept better? Another win.
